CelticBrew (420), The Crystal Coast, North Carolina, USA Apr 8, 2008 Pours light/medium golden from 12 oz bottle. Aroma of the usual, hops, light grapefruit, slight pine resins with a tinge of malts. Flavour is of floral pines with a slight malty finish. Bitter and watery at the same time, disappointing.
the_federalist (192), Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA Jul 11, 2008 Draught @ the Flying Sacuer, Nashville. This is a decent IPA. I had only a sample, so the color was a bit elusive, but the nose is pretty good, some grassy notes. Fine, thick body. Malt backbone stands up nicely. Can’t find really anything bad to say about this beer. daknole (514), Plantation, Florida, USA Jul 9, 2008 Pours a light oragne color with no real head to speak of. Aromas of citrus, poine, and some malt. Flavor has an initial hop bite on the front and slight malt finish. Juicy and smooth. Beerman6686 (536), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 7, 2008 Poured a cloudy orange color with an off white head. Aroma is of nice citrus and pine hops. Flavor is a bit thin, but bitter and smooth. LooseCannon (581), Norfolk, Virginia, USA Jul 7, 2008 22oz bottle. Pours hazy amber in color with off white head. Aroma of citrus hops and grapefruit. Taste sweet, hops, hops and grapefruit with bitter finsih. drjay44 (80), USA Jul 6, 2008 A true IPA. Nose is average, color similar, bitterness typical, finish appropriate. This is a quite good IPA with many similar companions.
