Jun 5, 2009 This poured a hazy light orange color with an off white head. Aroma was very piney, and some citrus notes, sweet a bit as well. Flavor was very very sweet with a punch in the face if pineapples and citrus fruity hops. Very oily and resinous hop feel. Good Stuff!

Jun 4, 2009 (bottle from Weber Street Liquor in Colorado Springs). Pours a clear, light copper color. Medium off white head. Crisp hoppy aroma. Hop flavor with light alcohol. Avg duration. Bitter finish. Oily texture. Good lacing. Soft carbonation.

Jun 4, 2009 Orange gold with excellent, foamy beige head / Nose of bread, caramel, and citrus / Medium, soft & creamy body, alcohol well-masked, with good balance and decent finish / Flavors of pine, orange, grapefruit, bread, and caramel / The alcohol is well-masked, and with the soft flavor profile, this beers seems like more of an ipa and lacks the aggressive punch of most doubles. Very good, though.

May 19, 2009 Pine forest citrusy nose with proper malt nuances punching through. Color and clarity is just slim of spot on for a beer of this makeup. Intro is grape nutty for a split second and then the fruitiness of the hops and nutty grain follow with sweet grain resines very present throughout. Finish is high in alphas (as expected) with appropriate grain flavors still shining through. Overall, a delicious beer leaving me salivating me for another malty gulp.

May 17, 2009 Updated: Jun 9, 2009On tap and double dry hopped at Capital Ale House - Downtown on 06/04/2009. Very clear amber body with a medium craemy off-whitew head. Sweet malty, caramel aroma with a dry earthy hop note. Sweet malty caramel and fruit flavor with a bit of floral, citrus and resiny hop notes. Medium full body with moderate carbonation. 7/3/8/4/16 - 3.8
Bottle on 05/17/2009. Clear golden amber body with a medium rocky off-white head. Big floral and light citrus hop aroma. Floral and citrus hop flavor and some light caramel. Medium body with moderate carbonation and a bit of warming. 7/3/7/3/14 - 3.4

Nice color, flavor, and finish. HArd to believe it was 10%.
