Like the first run of the day, this ale is deep and clean, crisp and drinkable, perfectly blended for a smooth ride...through the Looking Glass. Grains: British Dark Caramel Malt, U.S. 2-row Barley. Hops: Nugget, Willamette, Cascade and Top-Secret Brewmaster's Spice.

Deep mahogany body and a consistent thin blanket of white foam on top. Hoppy fruity, malty flavor with a decent sweet finish. Velvety smooth despite a robust nature. Yum!

12 oz bottle. Clear rusty brown with a tan head and good lacing. Stale caramel and faint orange. Muddy carb, brown sugar, dilute orange and grapefruit pith. Ends with green grass and a touch of aspirin. Spices?

More of a scotch malt taste in this one. Amber brunet pour, well headed and laced. Some spices, clove and coriander, and some sweets like caramel, and a chewy malt like something or other. Not too hoppy. Not bad at all.

Great Winter brew. Very dark amber color with big cream tan head. Smells of hops, spices, vanilla, carmel and malt. Taste will warm you up. Huge fan of Boulder beer...they brew some of my favs.

Bottle: Dark, translucent red body with very nice head. Some nice bourbon-like aromas here, plus sugar cane, bubble gum, ad some light spices. In the mouth, starts out very sweet, with some vanilla notes. Licorice like flavors build with some cooking spices. Nice flavors. A little milk sweetness noted towards the end of this beer. Would recommend.

From a 12 oz bottle this poured a copper color with nice white head and good lacing. Nose of malts and hops. Good clean mouthfeel and nice flavors of malts and hops with some spices. Finish long and slightly bitter.

Ginger Man, NYC. Malts, liquorice. Sweet, but bitter in finish. Easy to drink beer.
