Hops: Nugget, Willamette, Cascade and Top-Secret Brewmaster's Spice.

Pour is a red-orange with a white head. Aroma is quite hoppy and floral. Flavor is raisons and other dark fruits. The hops in the aroma disappear in the flavor. Still kinda tasty even though this is a bit watery in the end. More of an ESB than anything.

Bottle (12oz). Poured slightly hazy copper-orange with an average foamy off-white head. MIld aroma of pungent spice, light caramel/cocoa roast malt, very mild hops - really opened up after it sat for a bit - slightly vegetal, but hey, it’s a "spice/herb/vegetable." Flavour is really nice - solid juicy slightly sweet caramel roast malt, subtle and restrained medley of US and UK hops backing it, and qutie a lot of fall-like spices, quite tasty. Mouthfeel spicy, slightly astringent and dry, quite lively - overall this is a solid beer, wish I’d had it back in the fall.

Small head on this beer out of the tap. Hint of Carmel and some Cocca bean. Sweet then a little dry malt in the finish.

12oz. bottle. Clear copper color with a small white head. Nice aroma of caramel malts, pine and some citrus. Moderately sweet, malty flavor with some caramel, toffee, citrus hops and spices(nutmeg?, cinnamon?).

This one took some time for me to think much of it. This one should set in the glass a bit and not be too cold. Pours a dark copper color with a moderate dense beige head that fades to a small lid with a small isle and a few specks of lace on the rim. Heavy hops overpower the aromas, with a mild dark caramel and cookie dough background. There is a slight fruitcake aroma, but nothing to strong as to indicate this is much more than a strong amber. An amber with some odd flavors, including vanilla, star-fruit and grapes. A touch of milk chocolate also makes its way into the mix. Smooth and thick on the palate. Mild dry malts in the finish. If by itself, this isn’t a bad brew. Stacked against some others, it just becomes another strong amber.

Bottle. Pours a clear deep amber color producing a finger’s width off-white durable head. Moderate clean aromas of citrusy northwestern hops and caramel malts with some faint spice presence. Mouthfeel pleasantly full with a moderate carbonation. Initial flavors of caramel and toasted malts with a brown sugar sweetness. Mid palate reveals a moderate hoppy spice and bitterness. Finishes a bit thin and watery unfortunately. A nice APA or Amber Ale, but a bit of a weakling for a Winter brew.

Draught: I would not call this a winter rbew at ale, I really thought it tasted more like apale ale, it was a dark amber brown with thin head and had a very hoppy flavor to it, but I wouldn’t say it was spicy or fruity at all.
