Flavor is mild English pale malts and hops. Well balanced brew and highly drinkable, but nothing to distinguish it as superior. The flavor is good but mild. A tiny bit of caramel to go with the malt and hops. Pretty good session beer. andyhite (293), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 17, 2007 12oz bottle. pour yields a clear copper/amber hue with an avg head. smells like a typical pale - heavier on the hops, with faint malts. it’s a typical pale in the aroma. it feels a little syrupy in the mouth, and on the back palate. it has a unique dryness for a finish that is comparable to that of a lighter style cabernet, but without any of the subtle nuances therein. it’s a little thin on the flavor, more flat than other pales. regardless, it’s a typical pale. cking (1041), North Canton, Ohio, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 11, 2007 Rated 1/25/06: This is a solid american pale ale in all categories. Pours a light amber color with a nice tan head. Good lacing clings to the glass until the last sip. The aroma consists of mild hops, caramel/sweet malts, and even a hint of honey. Thin and dry to the palate but finishes with a really well balanced flavor. The hops are more subtle in this pale ale which gives way the the delicate sweetness that is presented. This is an easy going pale ale and most definately American by nature, good beer can’t wait to try it again. lizziesage (180), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 21, 2007 Pours clear light copper with a sudsy and soapy off-white head. The aroma has malt that pale and caramel traits, light spice, minor hops and some buttery diacetyl. Medium body with some sharp carbonation on the finish. The taste starts with medicinal caramel malt and some light hops. The finish has a touch more hops and some unwelcome sourness. Mediocre pale ale. yesyouam (609), Fairport, New York, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 10, 2007 This beer is a cloudy amber with a small, dense, white head. Excellent lacing. The aroma is of fresh pine and sweet caramel-- maybe some berries. On the palate, it’s smooth, fizzy, and medium-light. It’s well bittered. The tart tenor malt and fruity yeast blend well with the bitterness. It’s a bit heavy to be a session ale.
