Aroma of piney, fruity, sticky hops. A bit of toffee, but many sticky alefruits mixed with fruity hops. Taste is lightly sweet, fruity hops, bit of caramel. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and slightly resinous with soft carbonation. Good and drinkable, but by no means amazing. desurfer (1068), Pinellas Park, Florida, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 22, 2006 Copper body with a miniscule beige head. Aroma is doughy and sweet. Flavor of caramel and bread, very little hoppiness. Much more malty than a typical PA, English or otherwise. Probably more like an Irish Ale with its subdued hoppiness. Nonetheless, it’s an okay beer but not something I’d actively seek out. fordest (1954), Santee/San Diego, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 3, 2006 12 oz bottle courtesy of a neighbors Beer of the Month Club. Aromas were subtle, but what was there was slightly better than macro. Flavors were better. Some hoppy finish, but not a lot. Refreshing, might make a good summer drinker. garrison (459), Cin. city, Ohio, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 26, 2006 Fromk a twelve ounce bottle purchased at "Liquor Direct" in Covington, Kentucky - This one pours an amber ale with a thin, fine white head and malty aroma. Tastewise, this brew is just too\simple and weak-bodied to be a fave of mine. Dorwart (1828), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Nov 19, 2006 Sloppy white head of creamy bubbles. Light carbonation. Sickly sweet and vegatal aroma with some creamed corn. Not very good aroma. Color is a golden orange. Dry bitter flavor with more vegetables and corn. Not very good. Sweet malts and I don’t know what. Finish is not any better. Pass on the Pass Time! paulmetzger (152), Pocatello, Idaho, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 31, 2006 This has a sort of fruity/grainy/cereal aroma with mild caramel accents. The body is a bright copper color and the head is fluffy, white as the other white meat and fairly lasting. Fore is low key with a steeped hop/malt feel to it, but with a concentrated melange of caramel malt, fruit compote and lightly citric hops. Sort of a carbonated summer fruit salad, but quite tasty really and fun to drink. This isn’t a style I drink much of, but to me it’s better than most English Pale Ales from England as it is estery without being clying or syrupy and it has some hop balance. I should have tried this a long time ago. No one element is that amazing, but the combined effect is pretty damn pleasing.
