Commercial Description:
A perfect companion any way you pass time, this British-style pale ale is exceptionally soft and sweet compared with highly hopped American-style pale ales. The hop subtlety, distinct malt character and rich caramel color of Pass Time Pale Ale work together to create a smooth, lightly carbonated ale.

not the best Pale Ale i’ve ever had. A bit sweet with no real outstanding characteristics.

Bottle. Malty aroma, quite hoppy. Cloudy copper colour, small head. Very nice flavour: quite malty, caramel/bonbon, aroma hops. A bit sweet. Nice.

This beer looks and smells better than it tastes. The nose is caramelly and the amber body leaves behing ample lacing from its thick off-white head. Unfortunately there is a sickly sweet aspect to the malt character that keeps me from rating this one higher. Try again fellas.

The aroma is fair for an English Pale Ale. It has caramel, brown sugar, apricots and light hops. The appearance is copper with a medium head. The flavor has some caramel but way to much in the way of paper and astringent bitterness. The palate is OK. I was really disappointed with the taste. I think this one might be stale.

Sweet roasted caramel flavor, with some soapy hoppiness and a small amount of fruitiness as it warms up. Simple.

Just an ok pale that isn’t bad but isn’t anything special. Not even worth describing. Not offensive but almost.

Slightly murky, darkish amber with a sudsy off-white head. Aromas are unremarkable... grass, caramel, maybe a little lemon and yeast (?)... something is reminiscent of a wheat beer here. Flavor is OK. Caramel comes through big, a bit of a soapy taste, though and then some light fruit and hops pick up the tail end. Finishes a little watery, however.
