Commercial Description:
A perfect companion any way you pass time, this British-style pale ale is exceptionally soft and sweet compared with highly hopped American-style pale ales. The hop subtlety, distinct malt character and rich caramel color of Pass Time Pale Ale work together to create a smooth, lightly carbonated ale.

Bottle, kinda orangey amber and clear. Kinda light caramel malty smell, some grassy hops. Light caramel malty flavors, some apple, and just a touch of flavor hops. Loose palate. Drinkable.

bottle- poured deep gold/amber with a small head. Lacing. Light light hop aroma. Tastes smooth. Missing any hop or malt flavor. I’ve noticed a theme with the boulder beers that ive had, and that they are very watery. Very unimpressive.

12oz bottle. Clear and filtered. Of a golden amber hue. Ring of white head. Sweet, candy-ish nose. Citrus and vanilla. Soft and light bodied. Yet still has a cookie sweet flavor. Dry and malty. Caramel and oranges.

copper verging on dull blonde colour that lost its head quickly. pleasent fresh honey aroma with a little biscuit/floral. Mild malty flavour with that biscuit again. no bitterness to speak of. not as nice on the palate as most of its counterparts.

Deosn’t smell that good or hoppy for a pale ale. Maybe that’s what makes it English. A little under par on flavor too, not enough hops. A below average pale ale, but worth trying.

This ale pours a medium amber color with a small, off-white head. Body clarity is clear. Nice color. Aroma is of moderate flowery hops and alcohol. Initial flavor is moderately sweet with a light sweet finish. Mouthfeel is light with fizzy carbonation. Overall a solid beer.

Good aroma, although not what I expected. Given the style, I thought I would detect more hoppy or citrusy notes. Caramel is what I smell. Average head disappears into a thin layer with some lacing qualities to it. Flavored, just doesn’t have enough hops. No where near to the level of Mojo or even Dazed and Infused. Well, I guess English Pale Ales are not supposed to be as hoppy as the American counterparts, so it looks like this beer is true to the style. Overall this is a slightly better than average EPA.

more caramel than i expected from a pale ale, no floral taste here, a bit of honey, very faint sour after-taste
