| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 25, 2008 Clear copper thin head. Mellow fruity caramel and toasted malt aroma. Watery palate with lacking flavors of washed out malt. Has some astringency in the finish. Worse than I remember it. thegreenrooster (1842), St.louis, Missouri, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 25, 2008 Pour is a copper of course with a fluffy white head. Aroma is slight malts and a few hops. Flavor is much of the same. A light malt aspect with a little citrus hop. Very watery and light all around. This brewer either puts out a pretty decent beer or a bad one. This one is the later. posikyle (165), Alabama, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 24, 2008 Not bad at all. Pours a deep copper color with a loosely formed head. Aroma is of malts, with some sweet, maybe citrus, undertones. Flavor is of sweet malts with a slightly alcoholic bitter finish. Body could be a little fuller, though, but still a great beer when you just want to sit and watch a ballgame. FLnative80 (174), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | May 23, 2008 Bottle. 12 fl. oz. A clear, dark amber color with fine, white head. Sweet aroma of caramel and grapefruit. Light body and a thin, watery texture. Flavor is nowhere near as sweet as the aroma. A light, hoppy bitterness dominates. Easy drinking, but not much else to this beer. CaryTheDude (1113), Longmont, Colorado, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 22, 2008 Updated: May 30, 2008Nice copper color with no head. Floral and malt notes. Malty flavor with a nice crisp hop finish that’s not overly bitter with a nice a bit of lemon to balance it nicely. Dogbrick (2901), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 13, 2008 Sample at the Rock Bottom MSP location. This beer is a clear orange color with a medium thin off-white head that diminishes quickly. Patches of lacing. Aroma of light citrusy hops and sweet caramel malt. Light-bodied with a sweet caramel and malt character, and just a bit of hops flavor too. The finish is sweet and malty and the aftertaste does not linger long. No big faults, just a boring beer. knights97 (84), Tennessee, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | May 11, 2008 light body beer, with a small head, great fall back beer, smooth and easy to down, not overpowering with hops or malts, cleaner tasting than your typical domestics and nice to drink one or two. maltdog (518), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 9, 2008 Lots of chaff in the bottle. New penny color, nearly opaque with chill haze. A few gauzy foam islands leave zero lace. The aroma evenly matches butterscotch/caramel with citrus. Floral and metallic notes are also evident. Sweeti malt and tart green apple flavor; iced tea with lemon finish; minty aftertaste. No detectable hops. Light in heft, but with a slick, buttery mouthfeel. Average beer, about as exciting as its commercial description at the top of this page...not bad, not good, just there. Ho-hum.
