Nov 11, 2007 on tap at the Hillbilly Hustle cyclocross race in Elmer NJ. color is amber/copper with a fluffy light tan head. mild caramel malt and hop aroma. flavor was more floral hop than the caramel malt. nothing crazy, but nice to have after eating dust for 45 minutes on a hot day!

Appearance :Poured as light amber with impressive large creamy white top , loose lace shown 4-
Nose :Mineral hops with light flower touch , sweet golden malts blended with some toffee .
Flavour/Palate : Medium slightly chewy in texture . Mineral toffee with somewhat light end. Fairly plain yet decently drinkable. Step above average.

Nov 8, 2007 Pours a bit cloudy and not quite dark or red enough to be called copper. Smells faintly of cherries. Flavor is hoppy with caramel and fruit accents. Palate is watery but has as much body as mega brewed pale lagers.

Nov 1, 2007 Draught. Pours a beautiful copper color, with a light quickly disappearing white head. Lacing evident throughout. Balance of lightly roasted hops and carmelized malts fill the aroma. Flavor is a light balance of same, finishes just a tad stronger than it begins. Hops overbalance the rest of the flavors, but not to the point of an ipa or bitter beer. Slightly lingering subtle hops let you know you have just had a decent ale. The feeling on the mouth is a medium body a bit of a tang on the tongue, and slightly carbonated tickling.

Oct 26, 2007 Unremarkable pour...standard looking ale. Relatively weak aroma is dominated by malts. Somewhat hoppy up front, at least compared to what I was expecting...turns pretty mellow late on the palate. Sadly, ends with a very metallic flavor...not real great. Carbonation is above average...nothing I’d look to purposefully pick up in the future, but not entirely offensive either

Oct 24, 2007 On draft in minneapolis. Light bodied with faint malt aroma, no sign of hops, not to big a fan of this one. Light amber color with slight bitnerness at end of taste.

Oct 24, 2007 KSBF07. Ho much tyical amber ale. Poured an orangey color okay head. Aroma was tons of malts Flavor was malty some floral hops to it but not well balanced by any streach. Ho hum
