When i bought this, i wasn’t expecting bery much. Appeared as a standard red with a decent sized layer of foam. It had a decent smell too, but the flavor was as boring as a rock. Just another plain old amber ale with no real kick for me to even take any notes.

Light/med amber color, with a nice head although maybe I poured a bit too high. Sweet malt/honey aroma. Crisp and not bad.

KSBF07. Pour was pale orange to copper, average head and lacing. The aroma was malty sweet, herbal notes. The flavor was sweet bready earthy malts along with some herbal hoppy notes, yet note quite balanced or hoppy by any stretch. Mouthfeel was medium bodied, your typical amber ale.

Eh. It is, at least, smooth and good for washing down a salty meal. Pours lightly golden with a thin head. The palate bolds honey malts (which dominate the nose, incidentally) and not much else. The mouthfeel is a tad thin and a little soapy. Not bad, but far, far from great.

Bottle poured a clear copper with a minimal amber head. Aromas of bread, carmel, light honey and a hint of spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, dark breadand light spice with a crisp malty finish.

Bottle from Keil’s. Light amber/brownish color upon pouring. Slightly sweet hoppy aroma. A little bready. Lightly hopped sweetness up front. Kind of fruity. Finish has some bitterness. Drinkable.

This beer was a great pour color and all. It has a kick to it, not annoying but you can taste the alcohol. Stiff beer same taste from start to finish. id buy this again.
