Not sure if I agree with some of the ratings. A pretty good beer..A very hoppy beer....It really wears out drinking it due to all the taste jumping around. A true sipper....I can not drink more then one at a time.

some people really sweat this beer, but its not that good. Orange, super malty, no balance whatsoever. Boulder has some good beers...This is not one of them.

Lite cloudy copper with creamy head. Aroma had sweet malt notes, but really smelled like dog piss. Could not get over this smell, which made the fruity (apricot) hoppy flavour hard to stomach. Mild hop finish.

Bottled. Beer is clear, light orange-brown. Head is initially small, off-white, frothy. Diminshes rapidly into a mist and a ring.<P> The aroma is malty with light notes of husky toasted grain, caramel; Hoppy with a trace-to-light note of skunky herb; Light metallic note.<P>The flavor is light-to-oderately sweet, moderately bitter, moderately acidic with a long, lightly bitter, lightly sweet, lightly acidic finish. Moderate metallic aftertaste keeps on giving.<P> The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.<P> Slightly flawed without anything to save it or add interest.

Bottle from Total Wine. Pours a orange like amber color with a small head. Aroma is very light, as is the flavor. Nothing that makes this very memorable, other than I am glad I only had to drink one of these.

On tap at Bluebricks in Mankato in the fricking huge glass designed for the college drunkards. The pour is a brownish golden color, giving off light, bland aromas of honey and hay. Fairly dominant flavor of the pale honey-lemon malts and no discernable hop presence which might have been nice. A pretty dead brew all around.

pours an orange amber, very light head. Not much of a nose on this one, picked up a little sweet malts and citrus but very faint. Taste is kind of bitter and flat. Not much of a semblance of flavor. I guess it had some orange notes and light floral citrus but they definitely needed to hop this one up more to give it some life. Come on Boulder, your better than this.

OK beer. But i wouldn’t rush out to buy it unless there were no other choices. It’s a well executed starter beer for those setting out on this great beer adventure. But graduate quickly from it. Cheers.
