Pours a copper flavour with a light sudzy head. nose is semi sweet with hops and caramel. some nut bread notes rain down into the taste, along with pine and caramel. Very watery. If this was beefed up a bit and thickned, Id give it a bigger thumbs up.As it stands though, in the words of the great Peter Griffin, this brew is "Shallow and Padantic."

A well hopped amber ale. Light red. Aroma is simple hops. The flavor has light hops and some sweet malt, but not much of this. Actually very similar to their Pass Time.

I love the fragrance of this beer. A delightful combination of sweet malt and tart hops makes for a delightful nose. It is also very cool looking with a, well, copper, tint and a nice light orange foam. There is also quite a lot of carbonation. Flavor doesn’t quite live up to the aroma and appearance, but it isn’t bad. More hops than malt to start and some metal flavors as can be found. There is a light bitterness along with some tartness. It has a pleasant creamy mouthfeel. On this one I was sorry to see the glass empty. Good beer.

Hazy yeasty, orange color, nice head and lacing. Nose of dough, yeast, raisin, chewy malts and sweet plum, hops. The flavor is rich and chewy, light sweetness and balanced hop. Earthy finish, eh, not bad.

Bottle. A solid Amercan ale which has a carmel/roasted malt earthy taste to it. Subtle bitterness at the end which adds to the balance.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with robertsreality (thanks!). Poured a medium orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, citrus, and I’m getting a light earhiness. Tastes of citrus, caramel, and toasted malts. Starts off lightly sweet and ends in a light citrus, bitter finish.

On Tap: Not the greatest amber ale. Pours a deep copperish amber brown color. Aroma is mild. Taste is slightly metallic.

A refreshing light copper ale with a crisp fresh hop flavor, very smooth and drinkable, no offensive aftertaste. Medium to light in body, it is a good beer served with food.
