From a twelve ounce bottle purchased at "Liquor Direct" in Covington, KY - This one pours a bright, brass (not copper!) hued yellow liquid with a thick-but-small off white head and possessing a very mild aroma. Tastewise, it’s a very uncomplicated (but good) American Pale Alle, and makes for a smashing summer brew!

12 oz. bottle, purchased by a friend as part of the World Market "Beers Of America" 10-pack for my 30th B-day...Pours a hazy, iced tea look-a-like with a small creamy, cream soda colored head that lasted awhile. Good lacing...Smell heavy cookie malts with average citrus hops. Can also pick up some vanilla tones...Medium bodied and oily in texture with soft carbonation and a nice bitter finish...Flavor is an expert balance between sweet malts and bitter hops...Overall, more like an APA than an Amber Ale. Dry, bready, and slightly metallic which unfortunately brings it down a peg or two. Great American brew that is accessible for the novice yet definitely satisfies the geeks. Well done with key word being BALANCE.

A simple brew. Dull copper hue with medium froth. Ample residual effers. Medium nectar weight. Flavors are round and easy to fathom. Fresh caramel, dry, slight crisp finish. It had a canned flavor. I get the same canned flavors with their Hazed/Infused. Nothing outstanding but worth a try.

From a 12 oz. long neck brown bottle with no bottled/freshness date. Made a good appearance, poured a clear copper with a foamy, bubbly topped white head that settled into a semi-sticky, thin, bubbly lacing, good carbonation. Had a caramel malty nose with a toasted graininess, barley mainly, and a earthy, slightly woody hoppiness. A crisp, smooth medium bodied mouth feel, above average drinkability. Caramel malty with some metallic malt tastes, lightly toasted barley and rye, a dry earthy bitterness and a dry, mildly sweet grainy, malty finish with a little woody bitterness in the aftertaste. Not a bad APA, you can taste the Nugget hoppiness, quite quaffable.

Bottle - malty aroma with a touch of cardboard thrown in for good measure. Golden bodied with a hint of amber down the center. A head (beige) that was gone too quickly to get a good look at it. Very grainy and sweet. Like many have said - inoffensive, but unimpressive.

The aroma is odd with basement smells, soap, cardboard, yeast, and caramel. The appearance is a nice copper color with a thin but persistent head. The flavor is plagued by the soap as well as a vegetable quality. There is some nice malt too, but it is destroyed by the funky hops or whatever polluted the beer. The palate is thin. Not a great beer.

Clear amber w/ frothy off-white foam. Fresh, citrusy aroma w/ light caramel underneath. Light feel. Flavour is sweet & malty w/ some grapefruit notes. Finish is clean & quick.
