Not too bad. Two rounds. Reddish and lovely. Hard nosed like pebbles on the biking trail.

Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of roses and cherries. Tastes peppery with a nice hoppy finish. Good but not great.

Bottled Beer of The month. Tasted what it should be. Had a slight bitter hoppy taste to it. Noting really going on.

In the glass a copper colored beer with a white head and sparse lacing. Flavors consist of caramel, some diacetyl, slight grassiness from the hops. Finishes with a crisp bitterness.

Draught. Pours copper with a thin off-white head and spotty lacing. Sweet caramel malt brown sugar and fruit hop aroma. Bitter acidic malt and hoppy fruit flavor. Medium bodied and crisp palate.

Bottle--Small head with a dark gold color. Lacing stayed with the drink throughout. Slight caramel favor with no bitterness at all. Gotta go with the other comments that it’s very drinkable. Good stuff. 1.49 Pettys

The label on my bottle reads "Rockies Brewery Singletrack Copper Ale." It’s a pale copper color with a minimalist’s head. The aroma is old damp bread (like in grade school science projects) with a bit of plum and a touch of earthy hops. The flavor is a weak caramel malt with some dirty tasting hops. The finish is an earthy hop bitterness. It’s hard to tell what the brewer is trying to do here.

Rating for Rockies Brewery Singletrack Copper Ale

Weak, copper-colored with an off-white small and fading head. Aromas held a hint of butter that led to weak malts... white bread and sweet cream with stale hops. Butteriness continued in the mouthfeel/flavor with a lightly bitter and spicy ending. Crisp and creamy with a medium body. The "butter" thing made it feel off, although I feel it was intentional and not a faux pas.
