A touch herbal, almost as if it’s a wheat that’s spiced with coriander. Very watery and light, but the malt has flavor. Nicely done for a light beer. DragonStout (1380), Pataskala, Ohio, USA

Toasted bread malt flavors. Pretty thick-bodied for a "light lager." Very little hop flavors/aromas/bitterness. Just a nip of "burnt" bitterness in the aftertaste. I might take it over some other light lagers, but it is rather boring. Slick (1962), Thief River Falls, Minnesota, USA

It is an insult to the micro-brewing movement. That being said, I was at the brewery with my mother who only drinks Labbat Blue light. She truly enjoyed this beer. I tried a couple sips and as far as light crap goes, this is the best I've sampled. ¾ (4999), Colorado, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | May 28, 2004 Spiced lemon, pepper, grain and corn aroma, typical for a lager but a little better than most. Clear light yellow appearance. Initial flavor is soapy, and the body is very smooth but seriously lacks any flavor, other than a mild lemon and wheat finish. Can?t say it?s bad, it just doesn?t taste like anything. Ringo (959), Loveland, Colorado, USA
