Boulder Beer Summer Ale

Pint at the brewery. Very muddy and cloudy, looks like dissolved bread, but does have a nice foamy off-white head on top. Sweet honey noticed first, then a strange juniper and bubble gum spice flavor surprises the tongue. Seriously this stuff tastes like peppery bubble gum, and not entirely in a bad way. Body is light and smooth, creamy and milky even. Not sure if it’s brewer with wheat but I wouldn’t be surprised (may need to change this to wheat ale). Nose is a sweet honey and graham cracker with a touch of nutmeg and brown sugar.
