Bottle. [Papsoe grand American tasting] Large beige light dark creamy head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Cloudy amber color. Clearly a Quart. Aroma of wood like notes, dried fruit, yeast, nutty and dusty malty feel. Light alcohol, vinous, raisins. Remind me somewhat of whisky barreled wood like vanilla aroma. Full bodied with an average carbonation and dry alcoholic texture. Heavy sweet flavor with a hint of acidic like notes. Lingering dried fruity and yeasty warming alcoholic texture. 8 / 3 / 8 / 4 / 17 = 4.0
