Commercial Description:
A dry, medium-bodied dark ale. Its intense dark-roasted barley malt flavor is perfectly balanced by complex hop character.

Thanks sebletitje for the share. Pours dark cola brown with an off-white head. Nose is chocolate malt, cocoa, some hops, coffee, and a bit of nuts. Flavor is cocoa, roasted malt, milk chocolate, some hops, and vanilla. Medium-bodied and fizzy porter. Interesting with a dry finish.

Pork chop in a glass. This is the boldest beer in Boulevard’s regular lineup. intense dark roasted grains. spicy on the palate and tasty all the way. It’s what a porter should be. I’m also getting a bit of extra carbonation on this one to help it act lively on the tongue. Nicely done!

Courtesy of sebletitje. Pours deep amber with nice mocha head. The aroma is mild with notes of chocolate, roasted malts, a bit of caramel and faint burnt malts. The taste has a bright pulse of a modest level of malt astringency and burnt maltiness followed by more malts and more burnt malts. Midway and to the finish a light amount of malt astringency helps to finish the experience.

Not too bad. Poured with a tan head and brown highlights, no lace. Very dark mahogoney color. Aroma is malty, roasty with some dark ripe fruit. Flavor is very similar. Seems force carbonated. Some booziness to it. Good finish. Could be a session beer.

Pours black with brown edges, nice head and good lace. Some fruit, coffee and chocolate in the nose. None really standing out more than the other. Sweet flavors of smoke and coffee. Not bad.

Nice dark pour with a light brown head. Light roast malt in the aroma with a strong coffee smell. Seemed light almost watery but this did not detract from the flavor. Finish was of bitter coffee.
