Bottle: The aroma is moderately fruity with grape and cherry with some raint roastiness and nuttiness. It pours a bright transparent reddish-orange with a small off-white head that fades quickly. The flavor starts with moderate fruit with lots of grape throughout. The finish has some faint roastiness with minimal hops. The mouthfeel is thin and watery with minimal carbonation.

May 1, 2007 bottle from soonah: pours a clear orange red colour with hardly any head. aroma is sweet caramel malt and slight citrus hop with some breadyness. flavour is tasty with a bread, malt, and a sutle hop bitterness to finish. the mouth feel is very full and thick. a real nice irish ale

Apr 17, 2007 Duane gave me a bottle of this. Thanks Dad. Had this one a while ago, forgot to rate it. Going off of memory here... Hazy orange/red color. Malty, toffee like aroma. Taste was very malty and dough like. Not much going on in the way of hops, but still a very smooth drinking, well balanced beer.

Mar 31, 2007 Bottle. Poured a reddish orange color with very little white head thinning out fast. Aroma is water and cleaning supplies. Taste at first is malty with a very very slight hint of hops at finish with malt.

Malty with caramel, toffee, and toasty. Hops are slightly spicy and mild. I thought this was very good, balanced, and tasty.

Mar 22, 2007 12oz bottle via trade with Duane! - Thanks! - Pours dark amber with a fair creamy offwhite head. Aromas of caramel malts, toasted malts, a little toffee, some dough and nuts. Flavor is quite malty with lots of caramel, toffee, nuts, some dough, and toasted malts. Lots of earthiness as well.. Not many hops to be found. Medium body with soft carbonation and a rich creamy mouthfeel. Not bad at all..
