Commercial Description:
Boulevard Irish Ale, our springtime seasonal beer, is patterned after red ales that have a rich Irish heritage. Our recipe combines five kinds of malt to provide a complex, toasty flavor and reddish hue. Nugget and English Kent Golding hops are added to enhance the beer’s complexity and to produce a pleasing balance.

Fruity aroma smells like spring. Flavor resembles the auroma; Nice and springy. Also discovered that if you drink enough of these, even the new season of Scrubs is funny.

Courtesy of Mjames. <P> Very low key malt aroma with a smattering of hops, but it is very faint. Copper/amber color with a pinky thin amber head. Caramel malt in the fore..medium hop presence. very blah..not much going on.

Thanks to my friends Tim & Naomi for this. 12 oz. Bottle. Pours clear amber/red with a good light tan head and creamy lacing. Very appealing fruit and malt nose. Very smooth malt flavor with nice hop bitterness for a balance. Creamy texture. Overall a tasty beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours a dark copper-amber with a small off-white head that fades rapidly and leaves little lacing. Smells sweet, almost like vanilla. The taste is sweet and bitter, the former being the latter. Just barely a nutty taste throughout. Complex to say the least.

Pours a nice amber color. Not a lot of aroma, sweet malt with a hint of fruit/hops. Flavor is malty, with a touch of bitterness.

Pours a dark amber with some darker reddish hues. Not much in the head department. Everthing about this beer points to sweetness. Hops seem like they were forgetten. Not real bitterness to speak of. Dissapointing, because last year this was one of my favorites. Thin, bubbley palate. I hope the fix it for next year.

Pour is red with a small white head. Aroma is malty but nothing really stands out. Flavor is caramel and toffee with a touch of hops. Overall nothing to overpower but its better than Killians.
