Jan 5, 2008 (750ml bottle, thanks kmweaver) Medium off-white head atop hazy light amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, clove, some bubblegum, Belgian yeast, light herbal/spicy. Taste is medium sweet, orange/lemon, light bubblegum. Lack of dryness stands out. Medium body, low carbonation, alcohol well hidden.

Excellent tripel and yet another great pale Belgian from Boulevard.
I like:
Anonymous alcohol. Fresh bready maltiness is convincing though it does not reach the complexity of top examples. Authentic intense carbonation. Relatively hoppy, floral, spicy.
I dislike:
The yeast impact displays less character than for many of their other Belgian ales.

Oct 3, 2006 Bottle... GABF RB Tasting ’06... Hazy golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Floral, fruity, peach and coriander aroma. Sweet, toffee and fuzzy fruit flavor. Lacks the balance most tripels have. Full-bodied with an almost oily mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Fruity, sweet finish. Thanks to DenverLogan for sharing his bottles!
