Commercial Description:
Boulevard Lunar Ale is a cloudy, russet brown beer, with subtle aromatic notes provided by our special proprietary yeast strain. Lunar Ale’s distinctive rounded, mellow flavor is crowned by a crisp, dry finish. The old world art of bottle conditioning creates a secondary fermentation, resulting in a beer that tastes fresher, better, longer.

The aroma is weak but has caramel malt, paper, wheat, cloves, incense, and bananas. The appearance is hazy amber brown with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is smooth. Overall a nice beer.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin tannish head over a light brown (SRM15) sliightly cloudy body....nose is of mild clove and banana....taste is sweet wheat and mild clove and banana....mouth feel is light carbonation medium to high. This does not have as much spice (phenols) or fruit (esthers) as expected.

Didn’t find this very interesting at first. A little too round and easy. The finish could stand to linger a little longer. Still a really smooth brew thats easy to drink.

Bottle poured a hazy amber with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness and brown sugar. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, light earthiness and a hint of brown sugar with a smooth malty finish.

Bottle. Aroma was grains, malts and earthy. Poured an amber color. I just wasn’t a fan of this one. Not a whole lot of flavor. Light bodied. Nothing to fave about.

Bottle. Has a light brown color and a small head. Aroma is like a Belgian style beer. Has a dry finish with a hint of roasted malt chocolate.
