Commercial Description:
Nutcracker Ale is Boulevard’s special offering for the holiday season. This hearty, warming brew is a classic winter ale, deep amber in color, with hints of molasses balanced by the "spiciness" of Chinook hops.

Bottled. A hazy red-amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes nuts and caramel and more sugars. The flavor is sweet with notes of nuts, molasses - a bit cloying, and some alcohol, leading to a dry alcoholic finish, where the sugar notes lingers.

Reddish-brown colour, with a muddy complexion. Aroma is earthy, lightly spicy (cinammon). The flavour is earthy, slightly minerally, with hints of molasses and mint. A little bit spritzy in the body. Thanks TTB!
