Commercial Description:
Nutcracker Ale is Boulevard’s special offering for the holiday season. This hearty, warming brew is a classic winter ale, deep amber in color, with hints of molasses balanced by the "spiciness" of Chinook hops.

Great Flavor. Minimal head out of bottle, little lacing. Big Flavor from the start. Nice. Description says warming, it does. Deep Amber/light Ruby color. Great blend of flavors not overpowering any of the others. Layers of flavor in this one. I like this better than Bully Porter and it was great. If you haven't tried it you're missing out on this one.

What an excellent beer. A lovely dark reddish-amber color. Very spicy hop aroma and taste, with a malty and sweet flavor underneath, and a very nice hop finish. It has the aroma of a very hoppy beer, the finish of a medium hoppy beer, and a flavor excellently balance between malt and hops.

Dark hazy copper-garnet, med thick beige head. Fruity aroma. Rich and malty with caramel and chocolate notes. Full mouthfeel. Spicy hop notes and a pungent finish. Lingering bitterness. Really really good.

For some reason this used to taste better to me. The aroma isn’t as pleasant to me as it once was, but it still looks and tastes great. Another of Boulevards ales that just aren’t available long enough.

Reminds me of a stronger Belgian Ale with fruity spices mixed in. Nice amber color, decent head, strong flavor. Love the beer!
