Pours a very clear, very light amber colired body, with a huge cremy white head, lastingish. Nutty malty aroma, wheaty/grainy smell. Dry aroma, weakish. Dry malty nutty taste. Grainy dry taste. Carbonated. Somewhat tasty session-like. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA

Grainy aroma with some light citrus hops. The flavor found light malts, mixed with plenty of citrus. Light body, tingly carbonation, lasting bitter citrus aftertaste. This one was pretty much all over the place. No consistency. dm9831 (1167), Monee, Illinois, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Feb 11, 2009 Great beer, has a good balance of hops, but I’m a fan of IPA’s so there could be a little more. Has a nice copper color and a perfect white head. Aroma isn’t too strong, unlike an IPA. Anything Boulevard is a great. Pawola22 (782), Kansas City, Missouri, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 7, 2009 On tap at the flying saucer in KC. Pours a light copper body with a nice, creamy white head that dissipates slowly and remains moderately laced. Aroma is mainly caramel malts and fruity. Some hoppiness to it. Flavor is very fruity and caramel malty as well. Decent hop taste for a widely available pale ale. Palate is easy drinking, medium bodied, and very clean. Overall, one of my all time favorite go to beers. Very reliable.
