| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 29, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a loose, frothy, off-white head that diminishes. The nose is of fruity hops with a grainy straw in the background. The mouthfeel is light, slick and lightly bitter at the finish. Sweet, effervescent pale malts up front with a solid grapefruit and floral hop finish. I’ve had this beer more times than I can count on tap and in the bottle and curiously, this was the first time that I’d picked up any floral hops @ all. Maybe I’m hallucinating... This is a good session brew with a nice bitter hop finish at the back and sides of the tongue, but it’s not nearly as hoppy as say Sierra Nevada, which I prefer. beerguy101 (3970), Newark, California, USA

Aroma is caramel, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Pale Ale. Malts are fruity, caramel and sweet. Hops are grapefruity, citrusy and piney. Nice balance. Lively carbonation. Crisp finish. Would make a good session beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. clasley (153), Arkansas, USA

A little bite but smooth - almost goes down too easy. The price was right as well. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA
