Commercial Description:
Boulevard Pale Ale is a smooth, fruity, medium-bodied and well hopped ale with year-round appeal. We include caramel malt in the recipe to provide a rich flavor and amber color. Pale Ale is the first beer we produced and continues to be a perennial favorite.

Pours amber/golden and slightly hazy. Good head retention and some lacing on the sides. Not like a lot of stronger A.P.A’s which have strong aromas, this one has subtle, but good aroma. Good malt/hop balance. Feels smooth on the palate, no foul aftertastes and does not leave a dry tinge like other APA’s. Overall, very solid pale ale, though, I prefer other stronger pale ales. 3.4 for good appearance, balanced taste, and good feel on the palate.

bottel from soonah: pours an orange honey colour with hardly any head. aroma is malty with hints of citrus hops. flavour si quite bitter in the finish with a sweet malt upfront, not much od the citrus hop comes thru in the flavour.

Poured an almost clear amber with an off-white head. Dusty and earthy aroma with caramel base. Citrusy and caramel flavor. Medium bodied. Mild bitterness on the finish.

Golden with a light tan head. Simple, straightforward, and just another APA.

On draft at Arthur Bryants in KC. Poured a slightly hazy light copper topped by a rocky white head. Flavor was mildly hoppy with light character sweet malts. I was expecting something a bit more, maybe more body, but it wasn’t there. It does go good with bar-b-que, though.

on tap at Fiorella’s Jack Stack Barbecue, Country Club Plaza Kansas City MO. clear light copper color, thin light tan head. light caramel malt and faint citrus hop aroma. very basic APA in that the flavor is more of the same - mild caramel malt and hoppy light bitter finish. a little bit of grapefruit but not much. went better with food.
