Commercial Description:
Boulevard Pale Ale is a smooth, fruity, medium-bodied and well hopped ale with year-round appeal. We include caramel malt in the recipe to provide a rich flavor and amber color. Pale Ale is the first beer we produced and continues to be a perennial favorite.

Pours golden amber with a nice head. Aroma is more malty than hoppy, but there are some nice hops in the flavor. Overall, well balanced, but a tad simple.

This was a decent beer, but could have had a little more flavor. Smooth, good taste and easy to drink, i’ve just come to expect more out of pale ales.

This is just a solid beer, and Boulevards flagship. For me, it is the gateway beer that got me interested in craft beer. Aroma is very light citrus and caramel, taste is lightly hopped and more malts than anything. A very quaffable beer that’s good in any season.

I love this beer. A solid pale ale. Nice head. Beautiful color. Taste has just the right maltiness with an even and strong citrusy bitterness from start to finish.

Amber in color with a fruity aroma. Little head with a crisp finish. Decent Pale Ale, but another fine beer from Boulevard

Pretty good beer, below average pale. Pale amber and hazy in appearance. Some fruity, almost white-grape notes. Crisp, dry hop finish.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy amber, with thin white head and some lacing. Cloudiness reminds me of this brewers excellent unfiltered wheats. Great floral/herbal hop taste with no metallic aftertaste as is present in many of this style. Another very fine offering from Boulevard.

Bottle: Sampled at Whiskey Creek Wood Fire Grill - Hayes, Kansas. Nice, toasted maltiness and crispy, lighty hoppy (grapefruit, pineapple, herbal) finish; rounded, modertate palate; very drinkable and fairly tasty.
