hazy orange yellow with a monster soapy white head. lots of drippy lacing and pillowy patches stuck on the inside of the glass.
this smells very dry...straw, lemon, cooked orange peel, savory yeast and stone-like minerals.
the brett is far more noticeable in the flavor than in the aroma... cement and cinnamon play around with lemon, straw, yeast and dust with a mildly bitter finish. it’s not terribly complex but there is certainly nothing wrong with it... medium body. crisp and clean on the palate... very refreshing... 8/4/8/4/15/3.9 j12601 (1298), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA
