Jun 2, 2008 Bottle at Noogfest 08. Pours pale hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of lemon and belgian funk. Flavor of lemon, yeast, pale belgian malts, and light honey. Finish is dry with notes of white pepper, and a very slight distracting hard water or minerally flavor. Kudos to Boulevard for releasing some solid bottle conditions beers. I can’t wait to try the others.

Jun 1, 2008 Courtesy PhillyBeer2112. Pours a light gold color, with a medium white head. Smells of decent spices, with some citrus and floral notes. Liked the nose. The flavor was big on the spice, lots of coriander to go along with the orange citrus notes and hints of clove. Very nice and flavorful saison. Easy drinking and has a nice spicy aftertaste. Well done.

Jun 1, 2008 Throwdown. Pleasing floral and spicy aroma with a light yeasty sourdough bread. Flavor is quite light, with only a light yeastiness and fairly clean malts. Light refreshing finish.

Pours a Light straw yellow, hazy, with off-white head, good retention. Aroma of obvious citris, lemon, and flavor of citris, lightly sweet malt. Palate is high carbonation, light-medium mouthfeel.....overall, seems like a good summer beer!

May 31, 2008 bottle thanks to swalden_28. pours a hazy straw yellow with a fizzy white head with good retention. aroma has strong citrus notes/lemon. flavor is bitter with high carbonation. a dry finish. medium body. a little to bitter for my taste but i am working on that. my brother broke this one out at the end of the night of our cook out. not a bad one. thanks bro!

May 31, 2008 Verre de 4 oz, d’une bouteille au Mondial 08. Arômes classiques d’une saison, marqués par la levure épicée et le houblon herbeux. Robe très claire et belle effervescence. Très expressive en bouche, la levure donne un petit côté crémeux à la bière. On retrouve aussi des notes d’agrumes et d’épices. Le houblon crée une finale marquée d’une douce amertume. Très bon!

May 30, 2008 Bottle. Hazy yellow/amber color with a good sized white head. Grassy, citrusy aroma with some lightly toasted malts.
Flavor was floral and grassy, some lemongrass and a bit of coriander. Good, but not nearly as good as their saison with brett, which was excellent.

May 29, 2008 Bière #23 au Mondial 08 (29/5/08), bouteille. Blonde pale peu claire, petit collet. Arome de malte crèmeuse, des notes de fruits légé donc des bananes et des notes d’épices. Goût d’épice sucré, très crèmeux, céréal muslix, légèrement malté.
