| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 21, 2009 12 oz bottle courtesy of soonah. Pours a cloudy dark yellow with a big white head that has fair retention and some lacing. The aroma is moderate in strength with pine, citrus and cotton candy. The flavor biter hops forward with pine, grapefruit and some rock candy. The mouthfeel was a bit on the thin side. The finish was long with lingering biter walnuts. Overall: A decent IPA. beeronmypants (15), Des Moines, Iowa, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Jun 19, 2009 This is a very tasty IPA, especially at 6.99 a 6 pack. When you pour this you get a glass full of deep golden liquid and a nice fluffy head. The smell is sharp hoppiness with the atypical citrus. When tasting this your tongue will sing because of the hoppiness of this beer. It has a clean palate. This is a great go to IPA and you are getting a great product for the price. graham515 (430), Houston, Texas, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Jun 17, 2009 Pours gold into the glass with a white head. Aroma is citrusy and slightly grassy. Sharp bitterness on the tongue with a wonderful amount of effervescent carbonation from the bottle conditioning. Flavor is citrusy with just enough malt. Really enjoy this IPA and find it quite sessionable. arrogantb (712), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 17, 2009 12oz bottle pulled out of a nice sampler pack which cost $14. Clear gold-yellow with a frothy white head. It smells like its bitter and has a distinct lemon-citrus aroma, not bad. More lemon on the taste but to be honest the flavor profile on this makes me think of pale ale much more than an IPA. Mouthfeel is fine and this is quite easy to drink but again only the bitterness makes me think IPA.

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jun 16, 2009 Pours a hazy light orange color. Absolutely huge (4 fingers+) that was still a good finger high after 5 minutes. Glorious aroma with citrus, some caramel and lots of pine. Flavor improved as the beer warmed--in my first sip, all I tasted were a lot of bittering hops. But halfway through, I started getting all kinds of new flavors of some caramel sticky-sweetness and grapefruit. Medium-bodied and clean finish with lots of hop bitterness. A very nice session IPA. kidmartinek (995), austin, Texas, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 16, 2009 A golden practically clear beer with a 1/4" head that lasts 3 seconds. Weak hop aroma. Sugary and hoppy flavr, a little sour. Overall, forgettable. Palate is a little bitter and slightly dry. Truly reminiscent of the new yrk subway.
