12 oz bottle. Cloudy yellow orange with a pillowy white head. Nose is dough, spicy orange and lemon peel; subdued. Crisp, medium light with cleansing carb. Taste is orange peel, grass, lemon basil and a touch of toffee. Lingering bitterness. Nice.

Draught at Tomato Head in Maryville. Pours a hazy brass with very small white head. The aroma is quite fruity, with tangerine, peach, and various other citrus fruits; there’s also a strong toffee-like malt in there with some canteloupe and honey notes. The flavor is pretty good, too... very English style malts with a sort of toffee and leather thing going on, but with lots of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit from the hops. It finishes with a mild wood/pine bitterness. Very drinkable.

Bottle... Pours hazy and golden with a mid-sized, wispy, white head. Great retention. Malty, earthy nose provides grapefruit, pine and honey with a rumor of tropical fruit. Medium-bodied and creamy with fizzy carbonation. Well-balanced. Biscuit and toffee sweetness is leveled nicely by a spunky west coast hop bite. Lightly bitter, coarse, dry finish.

Thanks to mreusch in a trade... 12 oz bottle! Thanks Matt! Awesome trade as always! Lighter amber w/a lasting thick, off white head. Grassy, caramelly, strongly fruity when chilled which I don’t mind. Lightly piney and floral hops. Toasty malt is light, and it’s mostly about the hops, but the fruitiness is strong up front, however, it backs off to grassy hops and toasty malt once it warms a bit. Flavor is mildly bitter from start to finish, but it’s pleasant. Floral and lightly herbal hop flavor with a touch of pine. Caramel is present but subdued. The overall balance is even, but lightly bitter in the aftertaste which is great IMHO. Grassy hop flavor throughout. MF is smooth, yet dry at the finish. High CO2, which adds to the aroma/flavor, but takes away from the M/F. Lighter medium body. Overall a well made IPA, a good beer , and I would recommmend it to beer lovers!

Bottle bonused from FlossmoorBrewAlum. Thanks! Nice nose of hops - grapefruit and floral notes mainly. A touch of dusty notes and light sweetness. Pours a hazy light golden with a great head and nice lacing. Nice hop flavors - leafy, citrus, floral notes, a touch of pine in there as well. Light sweetness, a little dusty yeast, and a crisp lingering citrus juicy profile. Some pine in the burps. Really drinks very nicely. I could drink a boat load of this

Great American style IPA! Poured with an off-white head that’s big and foamy with a little texture. HUGE fresh hop aroma. Flavor is dominated by the hop qualities. And just enough balanced by the malt to make it a very enjoyable beer. Hops are more on the earthy side without too much, if any, fruitiness. Body is where the malt is present and helps to make the beer quaffable. Decent finish and about a session beer.

Multiple bottle and draft samples. Lovely brassy gold color with faint greenish sheen, fluffy white head. Hoppy nose is both piney and fruity, with notes of grapefruit, lemon, fresh-cut grass, resin. Straightforwardly bitter with pine and lemon in backdrop and aftertaste, also lastingly bitter but not so extreme to prevent this beer from being refreshing. Sparkling and dry, no stickiness. A well-built girl all around.
