Bottle. Cloudy orange/copper with a thin white head. Hoppy aroma with some honey sweetness and malt. Bitter hop flavor up front with a nice malt balance.

Pours hazy orange, big fluffy head. Aroma is sweet caramel malts, as well as pine notes. Flavor is uniquely balanced for a recent IPA, caramel malts underly a slow build of hop pine and light fruit, gradually cresting and swinging back to a sweet balance of fruity tones and toast. Nice bitterness without overstatement. Boulevard really does a nice job of making solid representations of certain styles without overdoing it, and this fits their M.O. perfectly.

Pours a deep, hazy orange with moderate off-white head. Decent lacing throughout finish. Aroma of orange, pine, citrus with very subtle hint of caramel. More hoppy than malt as an IPA should be. Bitter yes, but only slight to moderate. Very well balanced through the finish. To me one of the better IPAs I’ve tasted, along with O’Dells. Cheers all around, a solid 4 IMO and it’s a Missouri Beer - Show Me Baby!

Cloudy, golden pour with a two finger white head that sticks around. Decent lacing. Citrus notes with a little malty sweetness. Taste is initially piney bitterness leading to a split second of malt, and then back to the bitterness for the finish. Good balance. Medium body with good carbo. Very decent overall.

12 oz BTL. Very citrus taste and aroma Tastes kinda of like a Belgian White Ale at first, but finishes as a IPA, with a decent hopiness. It also has a very cloudy apperance like an unfiltered Belgian White. A good beer, but not the best IPA I have had. Average. I maybe to "corrupted" by beers like Stone Ruination, and the Dogfish Heads. Rerate: This beer takes a little time to grow on you. By my third bottle split over a few nights, I feel better about calling this a decent IPA.

Decent offering from Boulevard. Not as orange/red as I like IPAs to be, but the hop profile is nice. Big, fluffy white head. A good balance is here. If I could get this all the time, I would probably keep it in my fridge.

12oz bottle. Hazy golden-orange color. Big fluffy head. Lots of citrus in the aroma, grapefruit, orange, ect. Big hoppy flavor with a smooth body. Bitter fruity hop aftertaste. This is really well done, smooth like an English IPA, but with an impressive enough hop load to stand up to a West Coast version. Fresh and enjoyable stuff.

Cloudy Orange, nice white head, plus a bonus appearance point for the cool lable. Very grapefruity, citrusy aroma, with a hint of oak. Flavor is citrusy - sweet at first, then changing over to dry and bitter. Lots of grapefruit and more grapefruit. Unbalanced towards the bitter end of the spectrum, in a good way. Finishes a little peppery, with a decent. long after taste. Very good, and at $7.99 a sixer, a definate bargain (at least in East Tennessee). Ths will be my go to beer this summer. BB 8/24/09.
