Light for an IPA, with nice hop taste without being overpowering. Little malt flavor, but its done well. Slight bitterness at the end. Very drinkable beer. carboloader (321), Houston, Texas, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 19, 2009 Pours clear yellow-orange with a tall frothy head that lasts a long time. Crisp and dry with less malt than expected relative to their pale ale. But certainly not over-the-top in the dry hopping dept. The multiple types of hops are evident. A bit thin and "single-wide" to me, but very drinkable with a decent bitter finish. cgarvieuk (4212), Edinburgh, Scotland

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Aug 18, 2009 Golden color with a taller, lasting, off-white head. HInts of caramel, upon orange peels and pine sap. Aromas seem thin. Light crisp start. Middle is resinous and just a touch of toffee. Light and fizzy in feel. Perhaps my bottle is too cold. I let the glass warm... Light honey and bit of grass hops. Still fizzy and light. Flavors are better, warmer, but still thin, just like the body. LInger is bitter and has some pine and just straight bitterness which adds little, without much of a malt backbone. Ober (1232), Bommelerwaard, Netherlands
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 15, 2009 A clear golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma of hop bitter, with fruits like citrus and orange. Smells sweet. The taste is dry, bitter. It’s fruity and sweet. The aftertaste is dry and sweet biter. Overall for me too sweet for a IPA. harrisoni (6830), Ashford, Kent, England
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 14, 2009 Bottle from GBBF 09. Gold, thin white head. Really lovely leafy fresh hop aroma. Grapefruit PNW hop aroma. OK in mouth, with some toast, some sweetness, but lacking a bit of backbone. Could do with a bit more fullness from the malts. Nice hops on finish too. Not sure where it goes. Good though skeils (7), , Pennsylvania, USA does not count | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 13, 2009 Bottle in KC. Apricot pour with above average head. A step up in flavor and intensity from the Pale Ale. A pleasing drink and another hit for Boulevard. evergreen0199 (281), London, Greater London, England
