| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 11, 2008 Draught @ the Flying Saucer, Nashville. This one was on fire sale for 2.75 a pint. Can’t beat that. This cloudy pour is great. Just what an american wheat should be, with great bite from the wheat, and a very refreshing quality. I particularly like the yeast character in that it stays out of the way and lets the malt and hop character shine through. This is a fine wheat beer!
