| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 1, 2008 This one of course pours a murky golden color with a mild citrus nose, not very dominate. The flavor is a little weak with alot of graininess and not alot more than that. It was a pretty good session type beer but I prefer something with a little more ummpph. tompete (72), Burlington, Iowa, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 31, 2008 Pours a cloudy golden orange with a fast disappearing white head. Very small citrus nose. Very crisp taste with a subtle citrus background. Extremely refreshing and drinkable. One of my favorite standard house beers. 152219 (14), USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 31, 2008 12oz bottled purchased at Central Market in Dallas, TX. Poured into a shaker
Appearance: Hazy light yellow with a small white head. Small amount of carbonation.
Aroma: Smells of lemons, wheat, and bit of malt.
Taste: Flavor is a bit of citrus and bread. A tad below a medium mouthfeel. Crisp and pretty refreshing. A beer that is probably best drank on a hot summer day.
Overall: Not a bad beer, could be used as a session beer. Nothing that is going to blow you away. milljam (569), Norman, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 23, 2008 A fairly typical wheat....nice malt flavor with a bit of citrus presence....goes well with a slice of lemon (contrary to what some may claim...lemons are necessary to bring out the full flavor in a wheat). Crisp and refreshing on a hot summer day. ebrowner88 (113), Rice, Minnesota, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 9, 2008 Pours a tranlucent gold with tan ’floaties" Smell is citrus. Taste like a decent whetat beer, citrus, grains. This is not my favorite style. I have had this on tap and it tastes a little better. It does go goodwith a little Smokey Joes KC BBQ. Somehow the sour apple aftertaste goes great with a mustard based bbq sauce. Go figure! asedzie (454), San Francisco, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 9, 2008 Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with fluffy white head. Nose has raw graininess. Flavor is textured grain and a light hint of citric ester flavor. Light, pleasantly oily bitterness in finish. Full, creamy palate. Easy drinking, good with the local barbeque in KS. chaz2171 (11), USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Mar 6, 2008 This is a very good bottle conditioned wheat beer that is full bodied and has a great taste and aroma HoppyGuy (111), USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 1, 2008 Pours a nice hazy gold color with a medium beige head and good carbonation. I enjoyed the citrus flavor present, and the nice balance of hops. Good mouthfeel, if not just a touch gritty (due to the residual yeast, which I happen to like). I think this beer would pair nicely with a nicely-seared peppercorn burger on a summer day. I think the searing and the peppercorns would help to enhance the flavor of this brew.
