Nice head that dissipates in almost all senses. Nice citrusy and wheaty aromas that are tame, but definately there. A nice smooth taste with alot of citrus accents, light hops, and nice malty taste. I’ve also noticed it a little watery when on tap here in Iowa City. A nice beer, calm, reliable. Definately sessionable. Congrats on the engagement, Jeremy. bke520 (5), USA does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 27, 2007 I like the unfiltered wheat, its probably my favorite beer at bars around here since most dont have much on tap. "Unfiltered" means floaters! Head dissipates quickly. Subtle yeasty-citrusy aroma. I have this from bottle as often as from tap, but am rating a brew from the bottle. Taste is suprisingly smooth, just a little sparkle on the tongue. I usually have this one in the local establishments when there isn’t a fabulous alternative, as it’s on tap everywhere in KC. Not my favorite, but a good standard for me! legion242 (1585), Richardson, Texas, USA

Aromas were a bit sour due to the wheat twang. The flavors were very crisp and pretty decent for a hot day. Hammster (187), Eagan, Minnesota, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 29, 2007 Bottle. Poured a hazy gold with a clean white head of medium body. Bread and only a hint of citrus in the aroma. The beer is light in taste and dry. There’s a mild lemony flavor with some wheat. This would be VERY refreshing on a hot and humid day. If you wanted to get tanked up on a wheat, this would also be a good choice because it’s light with a clean finish and is not very filling. A nice beer. kmweaver (2471), Sebastopol, California, USA

Pours a hazy, pale yellow color; thin white head with patchy lacing. Slight presence of bananas and sweet fruit in the aroma; very reserved. Crisp presence in the mouth: lively carbonation, with a solid ring of citrus hops surrounding everything, but not much in the middle: mild doughy notes and some sugar; somewhat one-dimensional, but very sessionable and refreshing. Medium, sugar and wheaty finish.
