Mar 19, 2007 The aroma was kind of impressive, with some gumball, some banana, and some cloves. the flavor was a little bit too blah for me, not much going for it. some yeast and lemon zest with a little orange and banana. meh.

Mar 10, 2007 on tap at the Grandfalloon in Northland, Kansas City MO. cloudy pale straw yellow color, short thin foamy white head. aroma is light sour wheat malt, but dusty and husky. flavor is dryish sour wheat malt, a little chalky and yeasty. didn’t really get any of the typical fruit or clove flavors here. a bit of tartness and finishes out with a grassy/hay-like dryness.

Feb 13, 2007 12 oz bottle from Soonah. Pours into my weizen glass a hazy canary yellow with a thin white head. Plenty of carbonation bubbles racing to the top. Light grain and yeast in the nose, a touch of lemongrass. Light body and flavor, a touch acidic, light wheat and clove with a hint of lemon juice. Finish is a bit dry, almost a dusty quality. A decent summer backyaed beer, but ultimately lacking overall.

Feb 9, 2007 Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow-gold. Short fairly thick head, leaves some lacing. Smells like wheat grain with a lot of citrus. Flavor of wheat very slight hoppyness. Good carbonation. Pretty good for a wheat.

Jan 28, 2007 Poured a cloudy gold with a one-finger white head that dissipated quickly. No lacing. The aroma had hints of citrus and malt. The flavor was bready and malty with plenty of citrus highlights. Finished a bit on the astringent side.

Jan 27, 2007 On tap at Hideaway Pizza. Cloudy straw color, with a nice, long lasting white head. Had a pleasant citrus aroma, even without the lemon wedge. Well balanced, mild flavor. I thought this went well with pizza, and was very refreshing. I think it lacks strength in the flavor department, but not offensive at all.
