Had from bottle and off tap...much better at the bar. Cloudy beer with minimal head. Often served with a slice of lemon to enhance the naturally citrus components of the beer.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with low level head. Scents of bread and thats about it on the nose. Flavor is yeasty, maybe with some slight citrus flavors. This was a pretty dull, uninteresting beer without much going on. Thanks to jhammerly for the bottle.

12oz bottle. Lemony and dull golden hue. Sedimented. Citrus and yeast aroma. Doughy and sweet. Zippy and lively. Medium bodied with the citrus notes dominating. Slightly gummy, with a yeasty quality.

12oz bottle BB 07/12/06. Another party leftover. Pours with a slight haze...slight. Blotchy head...straw color(lighter than the PBR! fewer bubbles too. Not much aroma...maybe a slight citrus smell, but nothing jumps out of the glass at me...Dry beer, and light in body...I like the dryness of it. There is a bit of a citrus component to the flavor...plus a "wheatiness" But restrained and faint...dull...and I don’t like how the finish sort of sticks with me for awhile...another beer meant for chugging, I think...no way I could sit around drinking this and enjoying it...I don’t chug beer either, so I guess that leaves me not drinking this beer!

I love this beer. I live in Cali now and can no longer get anywhere. I’ve had this on tap and bottled. I perfer tap. Cloudy golden pour just like a wheat should. Citrusy, malty aroma. Citrusy, malty, wheat flavor but the wheat is not too overpowering like other wheats. Great beer for a hot summer day. Especially good with a twist of orange.

Bottle Conditioned - Very cloudy; 1.5 finger white head; nice citrusy smell with lots of wheat and malt that isn’t overpowering; Initial taste is full, but not as full as I would like; Goes down VERY smooth; Aftertaste isn’t bitter at all; A lemon is a nice addition to this beer. Draught at Applebee’s poured into a weisen with lemon garnish - Less cloudy appearance than from the bottle; Small head that left some lace; Even smoother going down than from the bottle, and even less bitter; Has a more full tase to it also. If you’re going to drink this, bottle is VERY good, but draught is even better.

Pours cloudy with a nice golden yellow color. Aroma was slightly citris with some yeast and grass mixed in. The flavor was mild with nice notes of citris and yeast. I felt the flavor could have been a little bit stronger but overall a descent mild beer.

Bottle courtesy of Mike at Bon Vivant. Cloudy gold. Small white head. Nose is very citric (lemony) and wheat with light yeast and light floral hops. Maybe a touch of honey as well. Taste is wehat and semi-sweet with lemony notes and a light bit of honey. Light hop and yeast profile as well. Body is light and bubbly. Finishes with more lemon zest, light yeast, sweet malts, thinned hops, and faint honey.
