Yeasty, citrusy wheat aromas that come out again in the flavor along with a grainy aftertaste. Easy on the palate. Very refreshing on a warm day. flatkitty (10), Norman, Oklahoma, USA

By far the best wheat I’ve tried, and I’ve had quite a few. Out of a bottle, you must swirl the last 1/3 of the beer around and then continue pouring, or you won’t get the yeast. Light in flavor, without an overpowering aftertaste which so many wheat beers leave. Very quenching, and perfect for a good thirst. If you like wheat beers, you’ll love this. Most of the bad reviews appear to come from those who are for some reason looking for a dark beer. kgustaf (17), Silver Spring, Maryland, USA

Light flavor, but complex enough to satisfy a casual drinker. Works well with pork tenderloin and holding a lemon in a glass. JorisPPattyn (5192), Antwerpen, Belgium
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 5, 2005 Slighty hazy orange-yellow beer with a small white rim, looks like slightly carbonized applejuice for all the world. Very neutral nose, some wheat and faint acidiy (lactic and citric acid aromas). Touch chalky. Dry, hay-like taste, some dry apples flavour, ending faintly bitterish, citrussy. Rather light, refreshing beer; yeast gives little extra dimension or MF. Not very interesting wheat, but with no doubt refreshing abilities. Thanks to Beerboy for this one. ocugolf (2), USA does not count | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 27, 2005 I stumbled on to this the other day and it was quite a suprise. Good flavor and color. Enjoy with a lemon to make it even better DarkElf (2681), La Jolla, California, USA

A fairly tasteless American Wheat that is only slightly more enjoyable than mass produced American beers. Only a slight wheat flavor, but mostly all I do taste is light citrus. Not a sweet beer, seemingly no hops, and very little aftertaste. Vague grainy nose lacks any significant aromatics. Light bodied and watery on the palate with sufficient carbonation. Medium straw color is only slightly hazy. Small white head rapidly dissipates to nothing. Boring, tasteless beer. Why bother? KAggie97 (2481), Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 20, 2005 Unfiltered? What? Pours like a Kristalweizen, not anything unfiltered. Thin, urine yellow with a quickly diminishing head. Flavor is straw, weak hops, and a tangy something-or-another flavor. I expect more out of any beer that claims to be "unfiltered," and this did not live up to my expectations. heapshake (4), Missouri, USA does not count | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 6, 2005 Bottle: a good American wheat beer. It has a smooth taste with a touch of citrus in it.
