May 21, 2005 I didn’t find anything that seemed to stand out about this beer. It didn’t have much of an aroma. Poured a yellowish color and was somewhat cloudy. A hint of wheat in the flavor. Overall though it would be a fine choice for a warm summer day.

May 20, 2005 This is easily the best wheat beer I’ve ever had. It’s crisp, yet full taste suprises you. It goes down suprisingly easy, and is better out of the bottle (where they actually add a tiny bit of yeast to "encourage maturation". It’s really quite a fantastic beer.

May 19, 2005 Updated: Jun 6, 2005On tap at Hideaway Pizza in Norman, OK. The waiter tipped me off to the last of their batch of Boulevard Wheat, so I had some. Very, very drinkable. Not impressive, but definitely not offensive. The lack of a malty bite made me a very happy man. A great casual beer.

May 6, 2005 Bottle, with nice yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Turned it upside down to mix in that yeast. I wanted this unfiltered! Poured a cloudy and very pale yellow. Tall, rocky white head. This head was noisy. Earthy citrus aroma. Light citrus and sweet hay flavor, not much wheat flavor. Watery feel with soft carbination. Refreshing summer beer,but lacking something. Thanks to Doppelganger for this one.

Apr 20, 2005 Hazy orange color with a small head on top. Nice citrusy yeast nose. Thin bodied and all in all a bit weak taste and body. Flavor was citrusy and grassy. It makes a nice Summer Brew. Many thanks to Csbosox for this beer.

Apr 19, 2005 Clear yellow color, clearer then I’d expected for something labeled "unfiltered". Thin white head. Smell kind of reminds me of banana bread. Watery. Light lemon flavor. A dull beer.

Apr 17, 2005 Pours an hazy orange yellow, with very little head. Aroma is citrusy orange. Taste is slightly tangy, nice yeast flavor. A refreshing beer, perfect for summer.

Apr 17, 2005 Updated: Feb 20, 2006Cloudy glowing rustic lemon yellow pour, with a diminished pure white head. Decent lacing. Thin tangy yeast aroma. Flavor is dominated by a sour and sweet fruit, with a lingering yeast and wheat aftertaste. Palate is a little watery, but very smooth and extremely thrist quenching, leaves a sugary coating on the tounge.
