Doesn’t really say drink me upon first look. By the time it got to the table their was no head. Not much taste, but not the worse beer I’ve drank. If someone offered me one I’d probaly ask for something else. ScottyP (314), Brentwood, Tennessee, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 29, 2009 12 oz. "mini-frig" stash bottle poured to a festival sampler glass. The color was light gold/straw and hazy. The head was white and foamy, with some light clingy ribbons of lacing. The aroma was malt, some grain/wheat, a good deal of lemon zest and sweetness of light fruit. The flavor fell off quite a bit from the intensity of the aroma notes. The body was light and the carbonation was fizzy. A refreshing hydrator, with or without the lawn mower. CanIHave4Beers (904), Des Moines, Iowa, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 29, 2009 Growing up in Iowa, this is for many the obligatory introduction to "good beer" Certainly one of the first beers I ever liked. Pours a very hazy yellow color with a small but fluffy white head. Aroma is a little grainy, doughy, and has mild lemony citrus notes. Flavor is much of the same, a little grainy, some nice citrusy and yeasty characteristics. with just the slightest hint of spiciness. It’s really not a very interesting beer, but it’s well put together so I’ll certainly hand it that. Enjoyable. angrypirate06 (781), Texas, USA
