Jul 5, 2005 Bottled, thanks beerhandy! Cloudy pale golden. Papery malt aroma. Sweet and rounded with some grassy hops alongside lemon. Drinkable and well balanced, but not with overly much character.

Oct 4, 2009 Bottle thanks to nuplastikk sampled on 7/26/09: Pours a transparent pale golden with a frothy well-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet malted wheat with a touch of light fruity esters. Body starts with average fullness and mild sweet wheatiness along with a hint of clove and grassy hoppy bitterness before a smooth, clean finish. Very drinkable but not too distinctive.

Jan 23, 2005 Bottle... Hazy, straw-colored ale. No head. Malty aroma and flavor with notes of wheat, cream and toffee. Light-bodied and fizzy. Crisp, clean, refreshing finish. Although, there’s really not much to this ale, it is very refreshing and mercifully lacks the cloyingly fruity and spicy characteristics of most wheats (one of my least favorite styles). I like this strain of yeast.
