Pours a minimal head over a pale (SRM 5) cloudy body....nose of mild spices, coriander, slight clove....tastes of mild grains, with mild spices including ginger and coriander, lemon, finishes with a slightly sour bitterness....mouth feel is very light....although this is not a favorite style of mine, it is nice light refreshing summer beer.

Mar 15, 2009 Intriguing brew. Light aroma of wheat, orange zest and clove. Flavor is predominately wheat, with malt and orange peel backing it up. It was certainly better than I thought it would be. A decent choice for a summer session beer.

Mar 4, 2009 Not my style at all. So it might be a light bias in the rating. Yellow pour with a great head. Aroma was clove, banana, and some spice. Flavor wasn’t my style like I said.

Mar 2, 2009 Pours hazy straw color with a thin white foam. Aroma of orange or lemon with a hint of wheatyness. The coriander does come through on the flavor, also very fizzy.
