The aroma is full of citrus and coriander. Some lemons, spices, and bready notes present. The flavor is a bit tame on this with some orange peels, spices, and lemons. The aftertaste is slightly spicey. Overall not a bad wit but nothing amazing either. Good summer beer! Trev (872), Lakeville, Minnesota, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 6, 2008 Pours cloudy straw-tan with a small quickly dissipating white head. Aroma lemon zest coriander, sourdough, hay, but it’s only slightly funky, like a cleaned up Belgian wit. Actually, the aroma has a lot in common with a couple New Belgium beers. Tastes lemony at first, followed by grain, coriander and grassy flavors and the yeast pungency is just too light. Finishes really really easy and clean, just a wee bit of grain flavor lingering. Very light bodied, but this feels slightly fluffy, perhaps from the wheat. Carbonation is high, but creaminess isn’t really there. This is okay, but witbiers, even other US versions can be a lot more exciting than this. BuckeyeBoy (1670), Boise, Idaho, USA
