Pours a cloudy yellow golden color with a large white frothy head that diminishes rather quickly. The aroma is a strong clove and citrus. The taste is a sweet banana and lemon with a dry finish. Not as dry as most wit but still a good witbier from Boulevard. lithy (1825), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jul 20, 2008 I’ve been on a wit kick lately, and this beer defnitely fills the bill. It is a prototypical wit, with aromas and flavors that are just what they’re supposed to be. Citrus, coriander, fairly yeasty, the only hitch is a hint of sourness that throws things off just a bit. Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin, quickly dissipating head, and has a very light mouthfeel with a lot of carbonation. A good, crisp, and very refreshing summer beer. esjaygee (1581), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA

Standard witbier aroma – orange peel, coriander and yeast. Taste follows the aromas lead with some light lemon and banana in there. A little bland and sour overall but finishes crisply.
