| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 13, 2007 Hazy straw colored, tiny white head that vanishes quickly. Swirl and dump the last inch of beer in the glass, ah, cloudy and fizzy. Smells deeply of pre-baked bread, sort of that wet dough and prominent yeast smell. A little bit of lemon in there too.
Tastes lighter in the bread-department than the smell suggest, though the yeast is definately there. Soft citrus, I’d say more lemon than orange, with a bit of dry coriander flavor
Light bodied, refreshing, and an almost but not quite dry aftertaste. redlem (1155), Illinois, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 26, 2006 Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is citrus, slight banana, and spices. Flavor is banana, some fruit peels(lemon/orange) and big spices. High carbonation that dances across the tongue. I find this to be highly enjoyable and share some of its flavor profile with a good hefeweizen. Kinz (2215), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 18, 2006 Thanks to Indra (I think) for this one! Medium yellow gold, slight head fades to a film fairly quickly. Aroma is standard wit, coriander with some citric notes leaning towards mellow lemon. As it warms, a slight soapiness also shows up, again someitmes typical to the style. Flavorwise, a slightly grainy wheat note holds things together, lots of coriander, but not overbearing, very slight citric note on the finish. A respectable take on the style, refreshing. theisti (1689), Leawood, Kansas, USA

Here we go with another re-rate on this beer, and again, I am liking it more and more each time. The interplay between spice, citrus and yeast is really delicate and balanced. On top of that, super refreshing. My beef with the palate is toned a bit too, this seemed fuller this time around. 7,4,7,3,15 (3.6)
++++RE-RATE 9/1/07++++ 12 oz. bottle. I picked up on a lot more spice complexity this time around. Also, a very nice wheat palate throughout. Still a bit watery, but enjoyed much more this time around. 7,4,6,3,10 (3.0)
++++ORIGINAL RATING 10/26/06++++ Bottle. Pour is hazy white gold. Nice full head. Taste is tangerine, lemon and lime. OK spiciness at the end. Overall, a slightly below average Belgian White. 6,4,5,3,10 (2.8) troyc (1175), Lubbock, Texas, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 18, 2006 (Bottle) Pours a hazy gold with a stable, lasting white head. Balanced and very tasty. A full-bodied beer as well, which reminded me of a decent German hefeweizen. Lots of orange and colriander notes, but not overwhelming at all. Very satisfying.
