Jul 9, 2005 Would have been a little higher rating, but it is so light that it loses a little in the flavor and palate categories. It is very subtle, from aroma to palate. Lemon aromas and flavors come through as fairly strong, as does a little of spice... we’ll call it coriander since the brewery does, but it is also a little like chamomile. Light and nice for summer, but could have a bit more umpf.

Jul 2, 2005 Poured a hazy pale straw with a medium white white. Aroma of coriander, lemon, yeast, and paper. Flavor is light and refreshing. Starts sweet and slightly acidic with spices taking oover from there. Light bodied and dry finish. Not a bad beer.

Jun 16, 2005 Hmm. A straight-up wit with corriander and citrus flavors, underlaid with a good dose of wheat, mouthfeel heavily influenced by the doughy yeast. No real distinctive characteristics. Dryish finish. So-so.

Cloudy lemon yellow color topped off by a nice white head.
Spritzy lemon flavor that slowly fades into a dry spice finish. I thought this one was above average having perhaps a bit more flavor than other witbeers I’ve had. Thanks to mjames for sending this one!

Jun 5, 2005 Nice white but some what short lived head.Nice wheaty and spicy aroma with maybe a dab of sweetness coming through and light citrus.Not to strong a flavor at all but very nicely done.wheaty taste with a nice balance of light spice and a decent citrusy side.This is definately a nice summer time brew that is easy to drink that will be on my shelf for sure as a slammer for those hot days after mowing the lawn.

May 29, 2005 Pours a murky pale yellow gold color. Small foamy white head. Spicy yeast ester and slight coriander aromatcs. Yeast and citrus zesty characters complement the solid wheat body. Slightly bitter finish. Mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing.

May 18, 2005 bottled.. Poured a hazy offwhite/yellow color with a medium head. Aroma was very fruity and belgian yeast with a touch of lemon. Flavor was lemony with a faint bit of belgian yeast. Light mouthfeel with good carbonation. Very refreshing summertime brew.

May 8, 2005 Updated: May 10, 2005Bottle: Definitly a hazy almost dirty looking pale yellow/gold color. The head appears almost flat if that makes any sense-standard hieght (1/8"-1/4")throught entire pour. Has a citrus and yeast scent to it. The taste reminds me a lot of boulevards unfiltered wheat, but with a little bit more bitter to it and sharper/crisper taste (although mine might be a touch too cold). Overall a very enjoyable beer.
