Jul 3, 2009 Pours pale yellow, very cloudy. Smells of malt, yeast, and a bit of citrus. Quickly vanishing white head. Tastes of spices and citrus as well as wheat and malt. strongly carbonated with a thin feel.

Jun 29, 2009 Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head which doesn’t last long. Smells of wheat, spices, and citrus. Tastes of spices, most notably coriander and cloves, wheat, and fruits including citrus and bananas. Medium body and medium hop bitterness on the finish. Not bad.

Jun 27, 2009 This is a really good witbier in my opinion. The flavor is bright, crisp and very refreshing. The aroma is perfectly spiced. The color is a cloudy pale yellow. The body is effervescent. I’m not sure I can say there are very many beers better than this in the style. Good stuff.

Jun 27, 2009 Full disclosure: I was drunk and it was really really hot outside when I had this.
On that note, it poured a nice hazy yellow. Aroma was a pleasant spice, orange peel, coriander. Flavor was a bit of wheat, citrus, coriander, and white pepper. Overall, a great lawnmower beer.

Aroma: Light Belgian yeast and malt
Appearance: Light Golden in color, Hazy with a thin head.
Flavor: Nice Belgian wit flavor. Very wheat like and malty.
Palate: Dry finish, with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall: A very nice summer session beer. Perfect for a hot day.

Jun 22, 2009 Got to agree with arrogantb, nice hazy pour with not much head to speak of. To be honest, witbier is not my thing, so I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this beer is to drink. Soft citrus tones with a very slight bite and yeasty follow-through. Really, a very nice beer, and a refreshing change from all the stout I have been drinking lately. Bottle to glass, 52F.

Jun 22, 2009 Nice golden yellow color, hazy as expected with a short filmy head, looks exactly like you would expect a witbier to look. Smells yeasty and like floral soap. There is a lot more yeast in the flavor, citrus notes, spices, pretty good but not overpowering. Very easy to drink...
